Caleb Weir:

Caleb has 10+ years ' experience working with Contractors, Engineers, and Real Estate firms in the Insurance Industry.  He started his career with a global broker in Kansas City, where he focused exclusively on Contractors, Engineers, and Real Estate firms, he joined IMA in 2019.  He has developed and provided strategic oversight for global Property & Casualty programs, worked through complex claims scenarios across multiple lines of insurance, been involved with and helped develop single parent and group captives, all with the goal to reduce the total cost of risk for his clients.   He maintains carrier relationships at the highest level and is very engaged with Association of General Contractors, Associated Builders & Contractors, and various other Construction/Real Estate focused assocations.

Marcus Reiter:

Marcus joined IMA as a Construction Risk Control Team Leader in 2020. Marcus demonstrates commitment in delivering comprehensive safety and health services to his clients. Marcus’s safety consultation services and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing client-specific service plans; generating recommendations to assist clients with the reduction of losses; interpreting compliance with mandated state, federal, and local safety and health regulations; performing safety culture assessments; structuring management practices pertaining to risk control; and providing safety and health training sessions and other related reference material and/or guidance documents as needed. Before joining IMA, Marcus had seven years of experience in the insurance industry providing construction loss control consulting and worked in the construction industry for nine years overseeing safety on water and wastewater, government, and healthcare commercial construction projects. Marcus has also managed owner controlled insurance program (OCIP) and contractor controlled insurance program (CCIP) projects.
