Bob recently celebrated his 36-year anniversary with the company. He provides senior leadership in business development, preconstruction and operations for Manhattan’s offices. Prior to his current role, his experience includes several high-profile projects Village Town Center, The George W. Bush Presidential Center, AT&T Stadium, The Ballpark in Arlington among others. He is a founding member of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council, a non-profit committed to the promotion of diversity in the construction and industry advocate for the future workplace. He previously served in board positions for the Dallas Architectural Foundation, UT Arlington – College of Architecture, Dallas Capital Improvement Council, TEXO (Associated Builders & Contractors, and Associated General Contractors). He has also supported HIS Bridge Builders and the Construction Education Foundation. Bob earned his bachelor of science in building construction from Texas A&M University in 1981. 

In 1995, he and his wife Nancy spent seven months working in South America for Habitat for Humanity, following the completion of The Ballpark in Arlington, where he served as project manager.

Brad joined Austin Commercial in 1998 and previously directed the human resourced and marketing/business development departments during he tenure with the company. He also served as President and CEO of TEXO, a commercial contractors association affiliated with the national Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).

He has a B.B.A degree in Management from Baylor University.

Gregory Cody founded GCC Enterprises in 2002 and is headquartered in Dallas TX with a satellite office in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. GCC Enterprises Inc provides construction and construction management services for commercial and governmental agencies with projects that range from $50,000 to over $42,000,000. Some of their larger customers include the US Army Corp of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, Methodist Healthcare Systems and University of North Texas Systems.  

 He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Technology (Electronics) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s of Science in management from Troy University. He is native of Reidsville, NC. He served as a Special Operations Navigator and proudly served in the United States Air Force for 10 years. While in the Air Force he received his Master’s Degree in Management for Troy University. He serves on the Board of Directors for Denton County Community Partners, National Association of Minority Contractors (Chairman). Former Board member of Dallas National Black MBA Association Executive Board, TEXO, Denton County Advocacy Center, Chairman of Dallas National Association of Minority Contractors and Board Member of the Regional Black Contractors Association.  

He was awarded the SBA’s Minority Small Business Person of the Year. In 2012/2018 GCC Enterprises Inc received the MBE Construction Supplier of the Year, awarded by the DFWMSDC and in 2013 he was named among the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leaders; he is a graduate of the National Center for Veteran Institute for Procurement, Northwestern University Kellogg NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program, and the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program.

Harold MacDowell, Chief Executive Officer, began his career with TD in 1985 as an assistant project manager. Through the years, he has worked in nearly every corner of TD, including his assistance in the new business start-ups of Facilities Management and the Phoenix branch. On January 1, 2005, Harold became the third CEO of TD since its founding in 1946

Harold was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, graduated from high school in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and received his bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University in 1984. He currently serves on the Methodist Health System Foundation Board, and the UTD Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance Advisory Board. He is a former board member of the Parish Episcopal School, Greater Dallas Chamber, United Way of Greater Dallas, SMU School of Engineering Advisory Board and QUOIN-AGC. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Construction Education Foundation (CEF) that provides educational opportunities to construction craftspeople who want to be masters of their trades.

President of Momentum Mechanical

As co-founder and Owner/Partner of Momentum Mechanical, Mark has a demonstrated history of working and supporting the Construction Industry.  Skilled in HVAC, Plumbing, Value Engineering, and Project Estimating.  As a Business Development Professional, he strives to build strong, lasting relationships with his client base, and always developing new opportunities. 

Mark was born in Gladewater, Texas, graduated from Westwood High School in Palestine, and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University in 1985, then played Professional Basketball in Europe. 

He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and holds an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors License in the State of Texas. In 1987, he joined TD Industries, advancing from a project coordinator to Senior Project Manager responsible for projects well over several millions of dollars. Mark began Momentum Mechanical in 2005.

Mark is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Construction Education Foundation (CEF), currently serves on the Executive Board of CEF, and the Construction Board of Directors of TEXO.  He’s a past two term School Board Trustee for the Kennedale ISD, was a member of the Dallas Public Schools Career Advisory Council, and the Jerry Junkins Minority Scholarship Committee.   He has a passion for providing educational opportunities for people in the Construction Industry who strive to be “Masters of Their Trade”.
